of 32 clinical hours per week on average

ACT pays 100% of the premium for employees and has a 125 plan
to allow employees to pay for dependents on a pre-tax basis.

Paid holiday time is paid at the clinician’s base salary
rate.

Clinicians
that maintain a minimum average of 40 clinical hours per week will
earn one week’s vacation per quarter.
During the calendar year, any time accrued above 40 clinical
hours per week as averaged for the quarter may “banked” and used
at a later date when needed to access vacation. (ie: 1st
quarter average is 43 clinical hours per week, 2nd
quarter average is 40 hours per week, 3rd quarter average
is 37 hours per week- vacation earned = 3 weeks). Paid
leave time is paid at the clinician’s base salary rate.
