Clinician
Compensation Plan
Part-Time
Clinicians: Fee for
Service Pay
Reimbursement
structure will be set up yearly on an expected revenues basis.
Clinicians will be reimbursed per posted fee for service
schedule that provides between 45-55% of revenues payment per
service, dependent on administrative overhead associated with
service. A fee schedule
is provided to applicants. Part
time is defined as less than 4 days/36 clinical hours per week of
work.
Full-Time
Clinicians: Base Salary
Market
survey data is used to determine Yearly salary range for each ACT Job
Position. Base rate will start at approximately the 25th
percentile of survey data and be capped at the 75th
percentile. Market data
and ACT clinicians reaching the Max Base Salary will be reviewed
each year in order to decide upon salary range changes. The ACT
clinician salary range is based on full time status at a minimum of
5 days work and a minimum average of 36 clinical hours per week.
New hires have a one-time option expiring on their 1st
anniversary date to exchange their starting salary rate for the base
salary rate calculated on the Base Production Pay model.
To take advantage of this salary increase, the clinician will
undergo performance review and must rate at least “Fully
Satisfactory”. The
clinician’s future performance reviews will then be conducted each
year using the Performance Review month rather than month of hire
anniversary.
Performance
Review and Increase in Base Salary for Full-Time Clinicians
Annual
reviews conducted on or around clinician anniversary dates are
comprised of four (4) components to determine the full-time
clinician’s percent increase in salary for the upcoming year.
The percent raise is based on multiplying each component’s
score against the component’s weight and then adding the four
resulting numbers together. The maximum raise based on the merit
system is 5%. The
supervisor may opt to not provide a raise to employees scoring 2.5
or below on the total score. Each
merit component is based on the following scoring system:
5=
Outstanding
4=Very Effective
3=Fully
Satisfactory
2=Marginal 1=Unsatisfactory
-
Clinical
Hours Worked in Past Year (33% of total merit score)
-
Customer
Evaluation of Provider (17% of total merit score)
-
Office
Staff/ Fellow Employee Evaluation of Provider (16% of total
merit score)
-
Supervisor
Evaluation(s) of Provider (34% of total merit score)
Bonus
Salaried
clinicians will be eligible for a bi-annual bonus that is based on
revenues received for the clinician’s work.
Bonuses each 6 months will be between 0%- 50% of the
clinician’s base gross pay for the 6-month duration reviewed.
Thus, the bonus system rewards productivity at a higher level
for clinicians who demonstrate excellent performance and have length
of stay with ACT.
